Insurance invoices & receipts
We issue official VAT receipts for every purchase. If you need an itemised invoice for your travel, health, or expat insurance claim, contact us with your order number and we'll prepare the document.
We support claims for most international insurers. If your insurer has specific requirements for the invoice format, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Ask the pharmacist
Our licensed pharmacist is on site every day 9AM–8PM. You can ask about medications, interactions, dosage, or whether a prescription is needed — in person, by phone, or on WhatsApp. We speak English and Thai.
For prescription medicines, please attend in person or have your doctor contact us directly.
Click & collect
Order online and collect at our Sri Thanu store — usually ready the same day. We'll send you a message when your order is prepared and waiting.
